  3. I would like my health insurance plan to debit my premiums and participation directly to my bank or postal cheque account. How should I proceed?
    • You have a postal cheque account:
      Complete the "Direct Debit" form and send it to us authorising us to deduct the various sums in our favour directly from your postal cheque account.
    • You have a bank account:
      Complete our online form
      and we will send you an LSV form which you will then have to return to us duly certified by your bank.

    Changing the method of collection for future invoices can only be carried out after you have given your consent.

    In the meantime, you may still receive invoices. If this is the case, please settle them.

  4. When I travel outside Switzerland, can I obtain a certificate of coverage abroad?

    This document can be made out in the three Swiss national languages and in English. Send us your request online.

    For clients travelling to Russia, your passport number and travel date are required to prepare the certificate. Please send the number to your Insurer.
