Methods of payment

  1. What shall I do to ensure that the health insurance plan debits my premiums and contributions directly to a bank account or postal cheque account?
    • You have a postal cheque account:
      Complete the "Direct Debit" form and send it to us authorising us to debit the various amounts in our favour directly to your postal cheque account.  
    • You have a bank account:
      Complete our form online and we will send you an LSV form which must be returned to us duly attested by your bank.

    The method of collecting payment for the next invoices cannot be changed until we have received your authorisation.

    Meanwhile you may receive invoices. If  so, you must still settle them.

    By making use of online payments or direct debits, persons insured with Groupe Mutuel can actively help to hold administrative costs, and therefore insurance premiums, down to the lowest possible level.

    Moreover these payment methods enable the use of paper to be limited or eliminated altogether.
