  • The specialists of our partner Europ Assistance (Suisse) SA offer assistance seven days a week, from 08.00 to 23.00:

    - in case of general incidents or hardware and software problems;
    - in case of malicious acts (bugs, ransom demands, attacks on personality on the Internet, etc.).
  • Assistance and legal protection in the event of disputes on the Internet
  • The lawyers and jurists of our partner Dextra Protection juridique SA:

    - defend your rights, even abroad;
    - compensate you for the costs of legal proceedings;
    - provide compensation for any financial losses incurred (up to CHF 10,000) if the legal proceedings are not sufficient, despite the validity of your claim.
  • Assistance for the management of digital data after death
  • CyberProtect offers a service for identifying and closing the deceased’s online accounts

  • For an individual person (coverage for the policyholder and for any under-age persons staying with him/her temporarily)

Costs and compensation

    • No limit on the amount for cases handled by Dextra Protection juridique SA
    • Up to a maximum of CHF 300,000 for the costs of independent lawyers and court fees (CHF 50,000 if the case does not concern Swiss or EU/EFTA/UK law)

  • Financial losses due to embezzlement or as a result of e-commerce orders, etc.

    • Protection: I am covered by legal insurance against any financial losses.
    • Assistance: I can request free IT assistance seven days a week and I am assisted in my efforts to manage the digital data of a deceased family member.
