GMP exercise of voting rights

Pursuant to the Law on Occupational Benefits (LPP/BVG, Art. 71a, 71b and 86b), the Pension Board is responsible for the exercise of voting rights at the general meetings of listed limited liability companies domiciled in Switzerland whose shares are held directly by the Pension Board.

The Pension Board votes in the interests of the insured persons in such a way as to ensure the long-term financial success of the pension fund. It can request the support of an external adviser to analyse and recommend votes on certain agenda items.

The Pension Board therefore provides you with a summary report of the voting decisions. It contains the agenda items that were rejected or withheld, as well as comments thereon.

For further information, we recommend that you consult the following report that includes our positions and the voting results for the financial year.
