Login details are sent by mail between 10 and 15 December each year.
If a contract is terminated during the year, a form will be sent a few days after the termination is confirmed.
You must use the access link provided in the letter and enter the username and password also included.

No, only one user can access it at a time. For example, it is not possible to be logged into the online declaration at the same time as your fiduciary.
The homepage will provide you with information on all the contracts for which final salaries must be submitted. In addition, by clicking on “Learn more about the data entry process”, you will access explanations to help you enter your data.
Simply click on one of the red buttons “To complete“ next to your contract(s).
Once you have started the step “To complete”, an Excel form to help you calculate salaries is available by clicking on the link “Here” below the block for the salaries submitted and the number of staff.
When entering data, you will find the different circles of insured persons to be entered in the blue banner on the left. You can switch from one circle to another by clicking directly on them.
Simply click on the “Add account” button and enter the account holder's name and IBAN. You can then link your new account to your contract or simply select another existing account.
This is normal. After clicking on the button “Next step “, you will reach the validation step. This is a step where the data you have entered is frozen/grayed out so that you can double-check it before sending it off for final confirmation. If the data seems correct, simply click on the button “Validate” at the bottom of the screen. If the data seems incorrect, you can return to the previous step by clicking on the button intended for this purpose.
For the moment, it is not possible to add an attachment to your declaration. However, you can contact your dedicated account manager at any time and send your documents to their email address.
This is the person who completes the salary declaration and certifies that the figures are accurate. It is important to provide a telephone number and email address so that we can easily contact this person if we have any questions. This contact person will also receive the receipt for the salary declaration.
Yes, you can send us the declarations for one insurance branch today and come back whenever you want to send us the rest of the data.
Yes, you can save your data and return to the home page. You can come back to finalise your declaration when you have all the necessary information.
As long as you have not clicked on the button “Submit to Groupe Mutuel “, you can modify your declaration at any time by clicking on the button “Back to input“.
If you have already sent the declaration to Groupe Mutuel, no further modifications can be made online. In this case, you will need to contact your designated account manager by email to inform them of the changes to be made. Please note that you will be required to provide a copy of your AVS/AHV statement.
Yes, the link to your declaration is unique and remains open indefinitely.
A receipt will be sent to you within minutes to the email address provided in the additional information section.
The invoice will be issued and your final statement will be sent by mail in the days following the submission of the data.
You can contact your designated account manager by email or phone at any time. This information can be found on the right-hand side of your screen during the “data entry” stage.
