  • You can protect yourself from the financial consequences of hospitalisation with daily allowance insurance tailored to your needs.
  • You receive this daily allowance based on the length of your hospital stay. All you have to do is send us the hospital bill to receive the agreed amount.
  • You are free to use this allowance as you wish, to cover your personal expenses or improve your comfort.

How does BH insurance work?

  • You can apply for daily allowance insurance in the event of hospitalisation up to the age of 60. This insurance provides cover in the event of illness, maternity and accident 
  • You are free to decide on the amount of the daily allowance, up to CHF 200 per day.
  • The allowance is paid for each day of hospitalisation.
  • Entitlement to insurance benefits takes effect after a waiting period of six months. Benefits in the event of hospitalisation are limited to 90 days per calendar year. After 360 payments have been made over a period of four calendar years, entitlement to benefits expires and the insurance coverage ends.
