Find your insurance card in digital format, for you and your family (available for basic insurance).

How do you wish to register?

Sign up to to the Customer Area in five minutes, thanks to the mobile app!

  • Download the Groupe Mutuel application
  • Create your account using the form
  • Scan an identity document and take a photo of yourself (selfie)
  • Receive a temporary password via SMS text message and choose a new password.

It's easy to sign up to the Customer Area from your browser

  • Go to the registration page of your Customer area
  • Create your account using the form
  • Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone (not necessary if you are using your smartphone) 
  • Scan an identity document and take a photo of yourself (selfie).
  • Receive a temporary password via SMS text message and choose a new password.

Would you prefer to receive your login details by post?

  • Simply choose the option "Receive my user ID by post"
  • You will receive your temporary password by mail within five to seven days

  • You will then be able to set your new password.

Digital or paper invoices, you get to choose!

  • Once your account has been created, your premium invoices and co-insurance statements will be directly available in your Customer Area under “My invoices”.
  • A notification will be sent to you by email or on your smartphone.
  • If you also wish to receive your invoices by post, you can simply activate this option in “ Receiving invoices ” in “ Account and settings ”.
