New pricing structure

• The medical history is limited to 10 minutes and must be billed in addition to the main therapy. Its price per five-minute period may not exceed that of the associated therapy.
• If several therapies are performed during the same session, the price per five minutes for item 1200 must not exceed the highest price per five minutes for the therapies provided.
• Item 1200 covers medical histories (personal details, previous history, therapies or treatments provided to date, medication, risks, etc.), examinations, as well as diagnoses and medical histories that are independent of the method or discipline. As soon as the medical history contains aspects and information specific to the method or discipline, the tariff position of the corresponding method or discipline must be used.
  
  Therefore, it is accepted that the medical history may be billed for an initial consultation or after exceptional circumstances, but may not be billed systematically.

The maximum amount is set at CHF 25 per item, with a maximum of 10 per session, regardless of the therapist's level of training.

In the case of parallel treatment, billing for position 1146 is limited to CHF 6 (basic level) or CHF 7 (higher level) per five-minute interval.

As a reminder, this position must be used for the duration of the treatment.

For these two tariff positions, the maximum duration is one hour, with a price per five minutes equivalent to that of the therapy concerned.

This pricing structure does not apply to ancillary positions not listed in this document. Groupe Mutuel nevertheless reserves the right to carry out checks on positions for which this pricing structure does not specify a limit, in order to prevent any form of billing anomaly.
