  • In the event of a health problem, I first contact the telemedicine partner and follow the recommendations.
  • If a medical consultation is necessary, a doctor will contact me for a consultation by phone or video.
  • If it is necessary to see a doctor, the telemedicine partner will refer me to the appropriate general practitioner or specialist.
  • I do not have to contact the telemedicine partner first in the following cases:
    • emergencies
    • gynaecological check-ups and treatments
    • check-ups and treatments related to pregnancy
    • eye check-ups and treatments
    • dental check-ups and treatments
    • paediatric check-ups and treatments
    • chronic illness check-ups and treatments

The ordinary deductible is CHF 300 for adults and CHF 0 for children.

After two reminders for non-compliance (“breach”) with the rules of CallDoc insurance in the same calendar year, you will be transferred to the standard compulsory health insurance model.

If you suffer from a chronic illness, you must ask Medi24 to provide you with a referral for your specific condition so that you are able to follow your treatment without having to contact the call-centre before each appointment. Such referrals are valid until the end of the year and must be renewed between October and December for the following year.

Yes, you must call Medi24 to inform them of this change in your treatment plan. This obligation to call replaces the requirement to send a referral voucher.
