The Swiss are in favour of a more flexible retirement

The desire is there, but the reality of the figures is harsh: 71% of Swiss people would like to take early retirement. However, only 26% of them believe they can actually do so. This is the stark contrast highlighted by the M.I.S Trend survey carried out for “Le Temps”, in partnership with Groupe Mutuel, ahead of the 7th Forum Prévoyance to be held at the IMD in Lausanne on 1 September 2026.
