Human resources

Groupe Mutuel offers its employees the opportunity to dedicate one working day to voluntary work. Three people share their experiences of this day spent on a social, humanitarian or environmental project.

Groupe Mutuel is diversifying its recruitment channels to identify new talent wherever it can be found. In addition to job platforms, the company takes part in specialised events, collaborates with universities and higher education institutions, participates in student forums, and offers internships to connect with high-potential candidates.

Groupe Mutuel has been awarded the “family-friendly company” label by Pro Familia Switzerland. This recognition highlights the efforts made to foster a flexible, people-centred working environment that is adapted to different stages of life.

Internal mobility is becoming a strategic lever for companies. Much more than a human resources tool, it is becoming a concrete response to the challenges of attracting, retaining and developing talent.

A quarter of management positions in Switzerland are held by women. At Groupe Mutuel, we are taking action to change this: diversity, equity and inclusion are at the heart of a female leadership programme.

In times of change, we need more than just structures and systems: we need strong personalities. Coaching helps employees to use their strengths more effectively, develop new perspectives and approach their day-to-day work with more energy and accountability.

Generation Z is entering the job market in force: how can a modern company meet the expectations of this new generation at a time when there is a shortage of skilled labour? Groupe Mutuel has adapted its strategy for recruiting apprentices and interns.

Flexible working hours, working from home and flat management mean more self-determination and flexibility, but can also lead to health problems. In an exchange with Noémi Swoboda, Head of Operations & Development CHM at Health Promotion Switzerland, we find out more about the challenges of New Work.

Gender equality and diversity in the workplace are social issues. Groupe Mutuel is fully committed to this cause, for example by participating in the Women's Contact Day forum to find exceptional talent.

Sophrology is emerging as a gentle and accessible solution for young professionals too. Groupe Mutuel has set up a dedicated programme for its apprentices and trainees.

In today's fast-paced workplace, marked by constant change and unprecedented challenges, it is particularly important for companies to be able to offer optimal working conditions and ensure that their employees remain healthy and motivated.
