Request your tax certificate showing your premiums and benefits for the relevant year using the online form. We will send you the document as soon as possible.
If you have already received a certificate for the tax authorities from our insurance company in the previous year, you will receive it automatically.
You may also access your tax certificate in your Customer Area without having to request it.
